Private Frank Stott, Duke of Wellington’s, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Stott, Sough Bridge, Kelbrook, has been missing since April 11th. He is 20 years of age and was formerly a warp-dresser in the employ of the Sough Bridge Manufacturing Co. He had been at the Front 10 months.

KELBROOK – SOLDIER’S DEATH PRESUMED
A short time ago Mrs. Stott, Sough Bridge, Kelbrook, received an official intimation presuming the death of her son Pte. Frank Stott, Duke of Wellington’s, who had been previously reported missing since April 11th, 1917. He was 20 years of age, and had been in France since June, 1916. Mrs. Stott would welcome any information from returned soldiers of the same battalion (the 2nd) regarding his fate.
