A David Crosson who was born at Lancaster, Lancashire c. 1878 was the brother of Martha Nelson, née Crosson, the mother of Private David Nelson (2395) (q.v.).

David Crossen is named in: ‘Bentham’s Part in the Great War 1914-18’ by Allan and Marilyn Hartley (2019).
