FROST, H.H., Sergeant, King’s Own (Yorkshire Light Infantry).

He volunteered in November 1915, and served with his unit on important duties until drafted to France in 1917. Whilst on the Western Front he was engaged in the fighting at Messines, Ypres and Passchendaele, and was unhappily killed in action at La Chavette on August 11th, 1918. He was entitled to the General Service and Victory Medals.
