Emmott Snowden (born 20 January 1876) was the son of Isabella Snowden (born Cowling, 13 July 1836) the daughter of Christopher and Mary Snowden, née Smith.
1881 Cowling, Yorkshire Census: Ickornshaw - Emmott Snowden, aged 5 years, born Cowling, son of Isabella Snowden.
1891 Cowling, Yorkshire Census: Ickornshaw - Emmott Snowden, aged 15 years, born Cowling, son of Isabella Snowden.
Emmott was married to Edith Maud Greenwood in 1897.
1901 Cowling, Yorkshire Census: Royd Street - Emmott Snowden, aged 25 years, born Cowling, husband of Edith Snowden.
Emmott was killed in action near Courcelette, Somme, by a high-explosive shell.
