BARNOLDSWICK – THE WAR'S TOLL: Private F. Wiseman

Private F. Wiseman, Duke of Wellington’s, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Wiseman, 9 Montrose Terrace, Barnoldswick, officially reported killed in action on October 11th had been in the Army nearly three years, of which two years and two months were spent in France. He was 23 years of age and formerly in the employ of Messrs. J. Nutter and Sons, Bankfield Shed.
