Thomas was the cousin of: Private Tom Hodgson (26671) (q.v.); Private Percy Hodgson (13771) (q.v.); Private Robert Hodgson (28391) (q.v.); Private John Hodgson (29749) and Private Rowland Robinson (235477) (q.v.).

The 1939 Register shows that Emma and Kenneth were living at 32, Barkerhouse Road, Nelson. Emma died in 1975 and Kenneth in 2005.
